Kelsey Telek is a self taught artist based in Waterbury, Vermont. She uses colored pencils to create realistic drawings primarily of flowers. She is drawn to flowers because they have a delicate resilience to them. They have the power to make you stop and appreciate their existence and make you reflect on your own. Kelsey focuses on drawing detailed, large flowers to bring your attention to this.

Kelsey graduated from St. Bonaventure University in 2015 with a degree in Art History. Art always played a big role throughout her life and she was drawing as soon as she could hold a pencil. While she explored many different mediums of art, she always went back to colored pencils and decided to master this medium. After working as an Executive Assistant in a corporate office, she left her job to pursue a professional art career in 2022. Since then, Kelsey has worked with big brand names, collaborated with other artists, and been featured in multiple publications. Her art has found its way to the homes of private collectors as well as exhibiting her work at various galleries and businesses. Kelsey continues to explore drawing flowers through different perspectives, sizes and playing with different floral compositions.
